Our team collaborates closely with tenants, architects, property managers, brokers, and subcontractors to ensure our commitment to every project in quality, value engineering, and thoughtful design. Our goal is to exceed your expectations in all areas, including, but not limited to, price, quality, professionalism, and communication. Our goal is to make Rollen Commercial Services the best in the industry. When I’m not working, I love playing golf, traveling, and college football… GO DAWGS!

Kim Rollen
Founder & CFO
As the co-founder of Rollen Commercial Services, I have over 30 years of experience in management, financial planning, accounting, leadership, real estate, marketing, and business ownership. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and am a licensed Realtor in Georgia. Creating a company with my husband has always been a dream for both of us. David’s extensive experience in the construction industry and my passion for entrepreneurship inspired us to establish a commercial construction company with exceptionally high standards unlike any other in the industry. We aim to exceed customer expectations at every level by delivering the highest quality products while fostering strong relationships with our clients and subcontractors. Travel is my love language! I also enjoy playing golf, pickleball, hiking, reading, and visiting with family and friends at the lake.

Cameron Rollen
Construction Manager
With over three years of experience in the construction industry, I specialize in project oversight, maintenance, and providing exceptional customer service. I am proficient in reading construction plans and drawings to ensure our projects run smoothly and on time. I oversee training and effectively manage all our construction teams. My top priority is to create an environment where all of our resources are used effectively and efficiently so we can deliver the highest quality results to our clients. In my free time, you will find me enjoying golf and nature.
Stuart Miller
Senior Superintendent
I’ve been with Rollen Commercial Services since August 2022. I oversee projects from start to finish, beginning with site assessments and client consultations to ensure we fully understand their vision. From project inception to completion, I manage construction activities, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep everything on track, on budget, and within the timeline. I always focus on delivering high-quality results that meet deadlines and exceed clients’ expectations. I grew up in Roswell and graduated from Lassiter High School with honors in 2020, completing a dual enrollment at Kennesaw State University. I enjoy motocross, golf, attending concerts, and spending time outdoors!


Brandon Wooldridge
Superintendent
I have been with Rollen Commercial Services for over a year and have a robust skill set in project management, team coordination, and quality assurance. I pride myself on being meticulous in overseeing commercial projects, completing them on time, and exceeding the client’s satisfaction. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring new cultures, and spending quality time with friends and family. My passion for building relationships extends beyond the workplace, hopefully making me a better and more well-rounded leader, professionally and personally.
Taylor Robinson
Assistant Superintendent Intern
In my role, I manage the facility and ground maintenance services our company provides. I focus on providing efficient responses and fostering solid relationships and communication between property management and tenants. When I am not working, I love being with my large family (I am#3 of 6 kids), my girlfriend, and Jess, my dog. I love enjoying all the trails and breweries North Georgia offers on a sunny day! You will find me binging on the newest crime documentaries on a rainy day!


Savannah Shroyer
Office Manager/Assistant Project Manager
My role is to oversee bookkeeping and project estimating, which involves organizing and entering all project costs making sure they are within the project budget. I also request and secure bids from prospective contractors and review them to ensure all aspects of the project scope are covered. After graduating high school, I promptly obtained my Georgia real estate license. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf and kickstarting my day with a workout at the gym.
